1.2. Registering, buying and creating items on this Platform does not attract a fee.
1.3 Selling on Campus Trade will incur charges for each successful transaction.
1.4 The Campus Trade service-fee is calculated based on the price of your listing, not on the value of the transaction.

3. Credits and Refunds
3.1 A full refund or credit will be issued to the Buyer when a sale cannot be completed due to one or more of the following reasons:
3.1.1 The Seller cannot supply the advertised item due to the item not being in stock.
3.1.2 The Seller has not responded to the Buyer's attempts to contact them during a period of 48 hours after the end of a payment, and as a result the sale cannot be concluded.
3.1.3. The item is returned because it was not as described in the listing.
3.1.4. The actual sale price paid is lower than the price as determined in the order. In such a case Campus Trade will only refund the difference in the calculated success fees.
3.1.5 Any situation where in the sole discretion of Campus Trade the seller is deemed to be the cause for the transaction not being concluded.
3.2. If Campus Trade, in its sole discretion, finds that a user files invalid or fraudulent refund claims, we reserve the right to immediately suspend, disable or blacklist the user's account and remove the ability to access or trade on the Campus Trade platform.
